When you have a chance could you please post a few more pics showing details of the adapter area w/o the bike in place. Say from front above an behind below, etc.? From what I can see in your second pic - there are two plates for extending the load generator pivot. Plus a couple of machine screws through flanges to hold the plates in position. And some plates added on the flat portion of the trainer for the tension screw to push against.

Thanks for posting on this conversion. I am motivated to improve my long trainer ride comfort!

Everything works as intended and i love it, haven't had a chance to replace the brackets yet and most likely won't anymore. Don't see a need for SS brackets right now.

quick update: back from my business trip, will pick up the brackets sometime this week.
As soon as i have them i'll let everybody know and ship them in the order i received the requests...
