[reply]Looks like the ST crew is kicking some booty!!!
How did Gordo look? Does it look like Rappstar can hold him off? Is Jordan running well?
Unless Kieran Doe implodes, Jonnyo might run outta real estate while trying to reel him in.
Regardless, even if he finishes 2nd, that'd be HUGE!!!!
And of course, I'm sure he also just really wants to BEAT GORDO!!!!! ;-)
Rappstar kicked ass at the last Tri 101 (2nd overall). Hope he can keep it rolling for the extra 12k on the run!!!!
GO RAPPSTAR!!!!!!!!!!! GO JONNYO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!![/reply]

bahhhhhhhhhh Jonathan can still win it with NO implosion from Doe!

Doe will realistically run 3.05 if he holds it together, but he hasn't actually done it that often quite often he will blow and run 3.30+

Ooooh, that sucks. It also sucks because, from what I hear, Gordo is a good runner. The JonnyO-Gordo race might have been close.

I gotta say - Fleck does a REALLY good job w/ the live stuff. Looks very comfortable out there.

Peter Reid was also solid, both of those guys are giving some good insights.

From what they said, apparently Gordo didn't look too good off the bike....

Can't wait to see Jonnyo and Rappstar go by!!! Looks like Jordan is gonna have quite a dogfight in his part of the race, there are quite a few dudes within a few minutes of him.

IF ANYONE IS THERE, PLEASE TAKE A PHOTO/VIDEO OF PAULO!!!!

Sometimes I think Paulo saves up all his energy for days like this. I bet his heart rate is as high as Jonnyo's.

I really hope Jonny can keep pushing and stay on pace. Regardless, he's having the race of his life!!!

He's definitely having the race of his life. Perfectly executed so far. Go Jonnyo- you're almost there!

:-)

And thank GOD Paulo is training again and in shape or I think he would be in serious risk of heart attack!

Nice to see Lisa take the lead, I can't think of a more deserving and gracious winner for the 25th running.

Apparently Brown passed Jordan at some point, so Rappstar is still running 4th w/ 10 to go.

Jonnyo is apparently running quite well, but Doe still has a formidable lead.

GOOO JONNYO!!!!!! GOOOOOOOO RAPPSTAR!!!!!!!!!!

Wildcard is Andriy Y - dude can RUN.
