When jonnyo ran out of sight into the finish, he went over to Paulo. When he reappeared, you could see Paulo, orange shirt and all, in the background.

By the way, you may have heard Fleck on the Ironmanlive coverage refer to the IMC run course record by a guy named Colin Dignum....here it is from 1997:

Colin was one of the best Cross Country runners at the OUAA's and CIAU's (that's Canuck College sports for our NCAA friends). Colin's dad was an Elec Engineering professor of mine back at RMC in the 80's when Colin was tearing it up at Queen's University in Kingston :-). At the same time, Mark Bates was swimming and running cross country for Queen's :-)
