My new office gym - am I missing anything?
I've got:

1) An 'almost' new Lemond Revmaster with Powercranks. (Thanks Frank)
2) Treadmill
3) Dumbbells up to 50 lbs
4) Weight bench w/ incline
5) Physioball
6) Total Gym (don't ask but it's the industrial version compared to the plastic one sold on TV)
7) Pull up / dip station
8) Some of those stretchy cord things
9) Yoga mat
10) TV w/ cable
11) Wobble board

Thanks

As a former rower in college (Dartmouth lightweight), I can say with certainty that I will never sit on another erg again.

I don't think my lower back (which I blew out sophomore year) can take it.

Great workout though.

I still plan on doing most of my run workouts outside during lunch but if winter in NYC is like it has been the last couple of years, the bike won't be seeing the road 'til March.

Very cool. How about a set of parallettes for doing handstand pushups and some ab stuff. Maybe a barbell and some plates for deadlfts.

Great setup.

Dear Mr. Hughes:

So how are things at the Desert Inn?

Jealousy makes it hard to be constructive, however, the "pool" suggestion was not practical, but how about an Endless Pool?
