As a former rower in college (Dartmouth lightweight), I can say with certainty that I will never sit on another erg again.
I don't think my lower back (which I blew out sophomore year) can take it.
Great workout though.
I still plan on doing most of my run workouts outside during lunch but if winter in NYC is like it has been the last couple of years, the bike won't be seeing the road 'til March.
Mini fridge with ice-cold sports drink of choice. Else watercooler.

Very cool. How about a set of parallettes for doing handstand pushups and some ab stuff. Maybe a barbell and some plates for deadlfts.
