Sweet...while you're at it, maybe just one showing the exit of the cables by the stem. I appreciate it!

Thanks, that is helpful for sure. I LOVE the carbon SVET basebar, but I've seen three people with slightly damaged carbon bars, and it is just a little worrisome for sure. So I think that this bar is the way to go. Thanks for taking the time to put those up. Merry Christmas!

The Ochem book gave me PTSD

p.s. If you buy your RA a 6 pack at the beginning of the year, they will usually let you off the hook a couple times.. That's what I told my residents ;)

That is one awesome looking combination! The wheels really set off the frame!

How do you like the EC90 Aero's?

Different is the way to describe it. I came from a size small 2008 Ridley Cheetah which didn't fit me well at all (as proved at my fitting session). This new bike is much longer (still size S) which leaves me quite flat on it which means I've got much more weight on the front wheel, this adds to the twitchyness of her. The vibration reducing effect of full carbon on our big chip roads here in NZ was amazing, I now want a full carbon roadie to replace my work horse!
I felt much more comfortable decending in the aerobars, in fact I got up to 62km /hr (38m/hr) going down a hill around a corner when my previous fastest has been 57km/hr down a straight bit of road before I chickened out and braked.

All in all very happy, I've named her Kara. I'm going to have to fit the Jets & disc to it for a blast one day soon before my next race (Feb 5th...).

Just finished building her up tonight.

Still need to replace the seat and figure out how to adjust derailleurs...

Systemsix frame
Campy chorus 10 speed mech/brifters
Cannondale C1 brakes
Easton EC70 Carbon handlebars
Cannondale Carbon stem
Vision trimax crankset
Speedplay X-2 stainless pedals
PX 82/101 wheels, with random tubulars (tufo front, conti sprinter rear)

As long as my XC coach doesn't find out...that's the plan :)

He wants me to focus STRICTLY on running this year to slide into that sub 30 on Van Cortlandt spot.

Too bad, coach. I'm already signed up for Rev3 Quassy Half Rev :) Better get swimming...I swam once so far since September. But I signed up for intermediate swimming next semester, so that should get me in the water...
