Out of curiosity, what did you do to make the r2c’s compatible with campy?

Nothing, really.

I have come to the conclusion that as long as the rear der. and the cassette are of the same brand (in this case Campy) it is possible to mix and match without problems with the R2C's. I know it theoretically shouldn't work 100 % - but in this case it works in real life. I know of at least one other example where it has been done - also without issues.

I also run shimano wheels on my Campy equipped road bike - no problems either. Shifting is as fine as when using Campy wheels. And I'm not a mechanic...

MissP's new rig - Cervelo S2. She just won the Ontario Hill Climb Championship on this set-up!

Just used the trainer to setup the new ride & get the fit just right. Rides great so far. Just got my new Ultegra R670 Pedals and I will be testing them out tomorrow morning!

Thanks!

Just used the trainer to setup the new ride & help burn off a couple (well, actually four) beers... Rides great so far. Just got my new Ultegra R670 Pedals and I will be testing them out tomorrow morning!

Thank you. Appreciate it :)

I have not paid full retail on the wheels. Got them both second hand at very good prices

Cranks are THM Claviculas with Fibre Lyte and Tune carbon chain rings. Very light and very stiff. (And a work of art in my opinion)

Only change I make on race day is that the rear cages come off and sometimes an aero bottle goes on the front
I'm loving the taped on cover to the 808 althought some off my tri mates think it's overkill

Look what I found!!! It was hardly ridden (about 3 times) and except for the stem and saddle, still has all the originally spec'd components. Did I get a good deal for $500?

This thread is so old I can't remeber if I have posted or not.
