Workout was ok... I had a really great time with Mrs. Quadzilla. Physically, my body was really messed up. My gut wasn't working well and my whole body swelled up really bad when it was done. First my fingers then my legs. Ugh!

And.... I'm pretty sure that my next real run will be the Ironman marathon. My clumsiness has really done a number on that knee.

But I did get through almost 120 miles on the bike with 12,000 feet of climbing. So I should feel good at CdA until the run starts...
