Ok, I feel dumb, i am petty sure I have seen a thread on this before but after 10 minutes of searching I gave up.

I am looking to start mixing my own nutrtion at home to save a few pennies.

Thinking sucrose and dextrose with a nuun tablet in it.

What ratios should I use and are these the right sources or should I do maltodextrin?

All you need is Dr Harrison's Saturday app. Download it from the app store and buy some sugar, salt, and whatever flavor drink mix you like.

For $3/month or so, worth every penny. The Saturday app takes the guess work away.

Not a coach. Not a FOP Tri/swimmer/biker/runner. Barely a MOP AGer.
But I'm learning and making progress.

FWIW it's actually $5.99/month. The $2.99 was an introductory price that's since expired.

Still worth it in my opinion though! Such a great resource!

Sodium citrate user here. More sodium, less salty taste.

100% worth it for sure

Workouts are so much better now thanks to the app.

I'll also add the app is worth it for dialing in carb/sodium levels. It's always surprising how much you have to add and it's nice to have something more authoritative than my googling and napkin math conversions to go on.
