- I had a really good week. Got in a 4 hour bike ride and a 2.5 hr really hard trail run. Great prep for AmZof.
- Two rides and three runs made up a decent week, but still need to get in some more hours over the next 2 weeks.
- Kept my weight steady all week, but for some strange reason I'm up 3 lbs this morning? Must be water retention.
This week:
- Two rides and four runs
- Lose that extra 3 lbs (will probably be gone tomorrow), plus one more
- Help my under-12 girls basketball team win their first game :)
