I bought some gear from Don this week and it shipped quickly and in perfect condition. The equipment was exactly as described (pristine, new and well packed). I'm feeling very good about this purchase.

Ditto here. Not only was it shipped promptly, but he combined the order without any need for additional input.

The only complaint was from the sherpa regarding the top == "It smells funny." I checked it... My reply was "It smells like a bike shop. That, honey, is the smell of Mecca."
