tis close, but I doubt that this guy can do 10 on 1;15LCM. That would be just below his shaved and tapered race pace to hold on that set(1;11/12's) with a touch and go. More like a great set for him on the 1;20 and holding that race pace for his 1500 record.

We have several swimmers here that could probably do that set, Adrian perhaps, Tall swimmer, Bo from Canada. Think those all all guys are around 45 or older now too. Think maybe you could give it a good go, dont you think??

I’ve never swam with a tech suit or a shave before as I never grew up with those swimming rituals - I was a water polo guy and we just got in and ripped. But if you’re telling me it’s 2 seconds per 100 then I’ll have to consider it
