We've been running as much since this started as we normally do. Biggest change is that for any trail runs, I now try to stick to less popular trails, since there's a ton of people on the main trails. It's nice to have some people on the other trails, though, because now if I'm running on my own I know that if anything happens to me another person will find me before a python does.

So, get outdoors as much as you can, just be flexible about your routes. Very possible that the best places to go to avoid crowds are the places that would usually be the most crowded. It's Yogi Berra's world now.
