You are great. Your videos are too.

But can you please tell me for the love of god why do ZERO pros train with lights. I’d settle for a rear, but on QK especially. It is honestly stupid and they are doing s disservice all cyclists.

They NEED to be the role models. In today’s day it’s like looking back at the TdF without helmets.

This goes for most pros posts on social media.

Be part of the solution. I have separate lights on all bikes. When I was in Kona ‘17 it was the same way. No athletes had lights while training.

I wouldn't say "ZERO" pros.....There are a few pros (in Kona) that run the Bontrager Flare rear light, TO & Tim Reed, maybe more so because they are sponsored by Trek?

I run a pretty crazy light setup, slightly overboard but after getting hit I added a bit more.
Front: Garmin Front Light + FLY12 (added after getting hit)
Rear: Fly6 + Varia Radar + Bontrager Flare

I looked thru TOs IG. Not a light to be found. I am front and rear. Always. I just want to make myself a much harder target.

IMO it should be required.

I agree, especially with the crashes that Tim Don and Rinny had in recent years. I've already got my lights charged and packed - don't arrive until Wednesday. But will definitely be providing some disco strobe for my rides on Thursday and Friday!

Brilliant. I love it when they discuss their training, talking about run pace, bike power etc

Great videos, mate - quality seems way beyond what else is on offer.

side note: did ryf look super-skinny to anyone else?
Lucy’s shoulders (Taren’s video) stood out to me. LEAN! I know she is a swimmer so the broad shoulders were already there, but DAAAAMN they were pronounced. I’m making a guess that we’ll see more than one pro blow up for. Going 101%, not 99% (Smart logic Lange!)

Frodo just out up some pics on IG and he's crazy lean! Again!
