AeroCoach in the UK designed their wheels around the Corsa tubeless. They do a bundle with latex tube or set up tubeless. Or just buy the wheels naked.
Smaller manufacturers can and should set themselves apart from the big guns by offering extra service.

Companies have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars trying to make a fast tire without any luck. The GP4000s for example wasn't designed to be aero, they just got lucky. Really lucky.
