That's actually not true from a scientific standpoint. Something can repeatedly (i.e. reliably) give the same result but that doesn't mean the data are valid (accurate)

You're using the right only? I'd love to see some data from steady state ERG efforts compared to a Neo or a Kickr at around the 200-300W range.

Yep, using RHS only. Not technical enough to know how it compares or if it's accurate enough. But it does give me a general idea and I find it helpful.
