you could add pomegranate seeds, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, dates, if youre bad maple syrup, sesame seeds, flax seed, almonds, pecans, avocado, carob chips get the RAW cookbook and make fruit stew

Mild or Medium Salsa----something sweet/tart like Newman's Peach Salsa.

[wouldn't suggest the hot stuff in this case]

chicken.

I'll dice an apple, orange, and some chicken. Toss in some grapes and chopped walnuts. Mix it with a vinaigrette (Annie's Low-Fat Ginger works well) and serve it over a bed of romaine lettuce. it makes a great meal.
