Very helpful description of a flip turn; if perfected, it should be better than my seizure turn...although I can picture myself staring up at the ceiling from under water as most of the pool pour into my nose... and I am assuming that to perform such turn, one must have a good measure of forward speed heading into the wall...to quote Astro, "roh-roh."
