I don't think you're going to find a team ever again like one you can find in college.

I mentioned above I rowed in college. I also rowed at the National level for two years when I got out of school. While I was part of a training group and club, there was no team to be found. Everyone was a mercenary out for themselves.

Ironman will be around later. College athletics will not.
