I'm coming off a knee injury, but this seems like a good way to get motivated. If I can find the time, I'm in fot the tri.

I will have to withdraw. A 100 or so year old oak fell from an across the street neightbors yard and I will be spending the weekend cleaning my yard. It is great strength training.
The good news is I bouight a chainsaw. Just call me lefty.
