I have a training calendar that I created for my training for IMFL using proposed workouts, Base and Build periods from the Training Bible. It is on the computer. I just add what I actually did, sometimes more or different depending on how my schedule has been screwed with by others, and how my body is adapting, feeling, overtraining effects, etc. and keep some indications of paces/heart rate. Maybe a note about how or if I changed nutrition, etc.
