I can't run in a while due to a foot injury. But since I run sub 3 at the end of last year, I am not worry about the run right now.
Here is my plan for a full IM in the fall.

Bike 4 Swim 4
Monday: Swim 45min
Tuesday: FTP intervals 5x5x3 @ 100-105% of FTP; Swim 45min
Wednesday Endurance 80 min endurance ride @ 80% FTP 20x3
Thursday: Swim 45min
Friday: FTP Intervals 2x20 with 5 min between @ ~95% of FTP
Saturday Endurance 80 min endurance ride @ 80% FTPx3; Swim 1Hr
Sunday Long zone 2, 2~3 hour easy
