So, in my country the pools are finally open and yesterday I went to a practice...
Usually I start my training with an easy 400m free as a part of warm up. I do it in 6:10-6:15 (50m pool)
Yesterday I swam 6:48, today 6:36. Give or take I've lost around 7-8sec per 100m for a shorter intervals (up to 800m). Right now I even can not imagine to swim 3 or 4km in one go, without stopping. I could do it, of course, but it would be a more than embarrassing time :)
For a reference, in a race I am usually 55-57min 3.8km swimmer (wetsuit)
PS I didn't do any of dry swim training in this past 9 weeks, so it was a zero "swim" period
