Is it really a World Championship? Is there a qualifying standard? Are there rankings?
Lets look at Results for Male 55-59 from IM Arizona and IM Cozumel.
Top 3 Arizona 1. 10:15 2. 10:35 3. 10:40
Top 3 Cozumel 1. 9:51 2. 10:12 3. 10:19
With two slots per age group the 10:35 second place at Arizona goes but the 10:19 third place at Cozumel obviously is faster on a tougher course does not get to go. So what you are saying the 10:19 at Cozumel should not accept a Lottery?
Actually Arizona is a tougher course: https://www.trirating.com/course-ratings/
Did they select the winners yet? Do they post them somewhere?
I don't understand these kinds of questions. If you're so interested in WTC's races and drawings, why wouldn't you go to their website where you can easily see they posted the winners from the last two drawings meaning they will certainly post the winners for the last drawing? Granted, their articles are often full of mishaps and typos but they HAVE a website. 808 > NYC > PDX > YVR 2024 Races: Taupo

But I got over it.
I would love to have the satisfaction of earning a million dollars overnight but I'm pretty sure if I won the megaball I would still cash in my ticket.
