I will definitely do 1 or 2 next time. I must confess my arms were done and I was feeling a bit of pain in my shoulder (nothing alarming). I hit the last interval @1:35 and decided I wanted to breathe again, not do a hard 300.Hee ha I hear ya I know the feeling. It all adds to the project of getting faster though. But that is smart to stop if you have a warning bell going off with pain that's never good to do. There is good pain and bad pain and boy did it take me a long time to figure out the difference b/t my body saying 'ow stop this is not what I need' or 'oh you sick SOB so this is why you at 4K calories yesterday.'
