Anyone know if a regular zipp 900 disc is 11 speed compatible? Or will in need a new hub body?

Not sure if the actual hub is upgradable, but there is a way to get it to work perfectly with shimano 11-speed if you're ok with an 11-25 cassette.

Not exactly.
But take a shimano 11-speed cassette (11-12-13-14-15-16-17-19-21-23-25), drop out 1 cog and 1 spacer (the 16) to make a 10-speed cassette (11-12-13-14-15-17-19-21-23-25) with perfect 11-speed spacing. You can even use the original lockring.
Then mount this cassette on your zipp disc with one standard (1mm thick) shimano cassette spacer behind it. Then set up your 11-speed derailleur and shifters to just use 10 "clicks" (instead of 11). Now you're set.

Great thread, thanks for the tip. Does this work with Di2 as well? I am new to Di2, can you make a similar adjustment with Ultegra 11sp Di2?
Thanks!
Thanks!

There's another solution... the spacing between a Campy 11 and Shimano 11 is close enough that you can use the cassettes interchangeably. If you get a Campy free hub body, the 2 shims (part# is on the Zipp website, just search for campagnolo 11) and a Campy cassette and you're ready to ride with all 11 cogs available to use.
Or you can use the Shimano 11 with one dropped cog.

Yes, this works with Di2 as well. It prob works better actually.
