Ultrasound turned out to be a follow-up on a cyst found on my kidney during the MRI. Cyst is water filled, apparently, so likely just get it drained.
Here's the MRI conclusion, if you can understand doctorese:
1. Exaggerated lumbosacral lordosis and moderate severity lumbar scoliosis concave to the right.
Bilateral L5 pars/spondylolytic defects without significant spondylolisthesis.
2. Multilevel lumbar spondylosis and degenerative disc disease with additional degenerative disc disease
in the lower thoracic spine. Multilevel foraminal stenoses. No high-grade central stenosis. See detailed
discussion above for level specific findings.
3. 2 cm indeterminate right renal mass/cyst. Further evaluation is necessary and may begin with renal
ultrasound.
Did not feel like NOT swimming today (jibberish, I know) so...
10x[200s + 100k] all fairly easy. best 200 free 2:24 - included a back and a breast 200, as well.
200 s/k cool
3200 sc yardages
