I am 11 weeks this week, and in between the bouts of nausea and fatigue, I have not been able to exercise at all since the pregnancy.
For those ladies who managed to exercise throughout the first trimester, how did you manage it? How did you control the morning sickness? I am just so so tired. This morning, I went to a group swim session for the first time in 2 months, and I could barely manage a lap. Any input would be appreciated.
