I guess this is a 2 part question.
Does excercising in the morning before you eat burn more fat?
What is the process that food goes through as it gets converted to energy in your body as either fat or glycogen or whatever?
It is my understanding that if you run and keep your heart rate low enough the energy requirements are not so heavy that your body has time to convert stored fat to energy. I'm just not sure how full stomach might affect the process. As many threads that I see here that are over my head I figure someone has a handle this and can dumb it down for me.
