I need your help. Please be kind...I am getting frustrated and wonder if my fellow triathletes can help! Seriously...If you feel that this is TMI...don't read it :)
I am having the worst time getting my long runs in AND my long races in without going to the bathroom (#2). It never fails, I have do my long runs and within 30-45 minutes, I have to find a bathroom. What is even worse, I have gone before hand.
I did a Half-Marathon this weekend...went FANTASTIC...but my time was 3 minutes slower than my watch due to 2 bathroom stops. And the crazy thing was that I had gone beforehand.
I don't know what to do. I stay away from wheat/gluten for the most part (even though I am not celiac) and I generally will do half and half in my coffee. But I don't do much dairy.
Help...it is starting to "stink"!
