I've been around a while and can't say I know who makes that. Best bet is to ask the seller. Kinda strange a sexy frame like that doesn't have decals on it.

Yep, go to chucksbikes.com and you can get a kind of ugly yellow one in a 59cm for $299.

I was not sold on the martec superbike suggestion. The 'rear triangle' is too different. So, I did some more searching and finally found the answer.
The bike was made by 'Albuch Kotter', now defunct.
This company was know as Kotter before that.
Does anyone have any knowledge of these frames (i.e.durabilty, workmanship, failures?)
