My garden has officially exploded ...I am picking 2 large handfuls of cherry tomatoes and 4-5 regular tomatoes a day!!! I am working them into every meal possible, but that is getting a little old and I really don't want them to go bad.
Does anyone have anything interesting they do with their extra tomatoes? Anything freezer-friendly? Any awesome pasta sauces?
