Help! I am out with an injury, so I figure now is the time to focus on nutrition, because it has always been the weak link in my training/performance/life.. I live on sugar. And chocolate. I start out great. Very healthy breakfast and lunch. Then at 4pm it all goes to shit. I eat a bunch of sugar (at the kids' swim team practice or baseball practice, where it's readily available.. there's none in the house) and then am too full for a decent dinner.. and too annoyed at myself. And then I snack late because what the hell, I have already blown it..
Can any healthy eaters share what motivates them to get through the day without junk? Helps turn off the sugar freak? Thanks..
