Speaking of water....
Why do they not use that giant pool for aerobic exercise? Judging by the number of injuries (2 ppl. couldn't participate last night due to knee problems) I would think the trainers would add some low impact water workouts.
I was amazed that in the first episode they had to run to the top of a hill and back down. I was waiting for face plants, chest clutching, and mass collapsing. I hope these folks had gone through some sort of base fitness program before being subjected to that.
