Seems all of the tri clothing companys now off this fabric as part of their lineup. Usually, but not always, in their long-distance garments. It's supposed to support the muscles and, of course, improve performance.
Sounds good, but does it work? What tangible benefits have those that use this type clothing seen? Faster times? Quicker recovery? Better endurance?
Do you use it at all distances or just the long stuff?
How does this material hold up as compared to traditional lycra blends?
Any downsides?
