My son is having a birthday sleep over at our house....

6 boys, all 14 years old.

Pretty sure the cops will be coming.

Keep it in your pants, buddy, it's not worth spending the next 10+ years in a small jail cell with well hung black men.

Mine did that for his 13th, they stayed up all night. All were trashed the next day. Every chance my boy got, he'd try to fall asleep throughout the day.

Is your boy 14? For some reason I thought he was around 10 or so.

Long Chile was a silly place.

How did it go?

I doubled my sleeping pill dose and also took 1 mg of Klonopin.

It went....

....I don’t know how it went, actually.

There’s food, shoes, socks, ping pong balls all over the house.

One of the cats is missing.

I’m going to jiu jitsu while Mrs. Duffy makes them breakfast and cleans up.

That's awesome. Great pic.

Funny how a few kids are on laptops, one is sleeping with earbuds in. How times have changed.

We have the same floors and very similar couch.

The grey part of floor is wrestling mats.

Sounds like an appropriate choice for a sleep over party of teenaged boys.

at that age, if boys, something will get broken. If girls, someone will cry.

Nobody got hurt, nobody cried.

Only thing broken was a ping pong paddle.

can't decide if that seems better or worse than 6 14yo girls
probably better, less drama
did they eat you out of house and home?

maybe she's born with it, maybe it's chlorine

We sent them out to Hibachi Steak House (cook food at your table like benny hana’s) with a credit card.

They racked up a $200 bill.

Came home an ate an assortment of candy and “Megastuft” Oreos. Well apparently they only ate the Oreo stuffing because I found the cookie parts all over the house and backyard.

This morning they ate a dozen eggs, 3 lbs. of bacon and two dozen muffins.

Yeah, girls would be worse.

Btw, apparently there was a girl slumber party going on last night somewhere else and they were sending photos of themselves flashing their tits to our boys.

That hasn’t been confirmed though......

I'd have your wife go through all electronics at your house and make sure she deletes any pics of anything that were sent. Maybe even write down a log of what she is doing. One crazy parent of the girls and your family ends up on CNN.

We always look at my son’s texts.

I asked him about it and he said it was on a FaceTime call.

He said he didn’t see anything, then told me she had a bra on.

:).

Bet they are texting each other too.

And face timing a girls slumber party.

A chick from the other slumber party with a white t shirt stole the cat.

The twins (boys) turn 14 next week. Tonight we'll have 10 kids over for a slumber party. Plus the twins, our 15yr old, and the exchange student. That's 14 total. My attempts to dial this back a bit were not successful.

My advice, for what it’s worth, is to just let things go.

If you try to tamp them down it won’t work and you’ll just get more angry.

Put away anything you don’t want broken.

Send them out for dinner if possible, then feed them a ton of sweets when they get back.

They’ll go full tilt for a couple hours then crash like the Hindenburg.

Good luck. Breath. Don’t be angry. Stay out of sight. Let them get rowdy.

I had 17 12 year old girls for my twin girls' bday sleepover last weekend. No drama, a ton of fun for them.

A fair bit of clean up for me though.

We did something similar back when our boy turned 13, i think... What I remember most vividly is the horrific stank from all their nasty shoes & BO-festered sleeping gear permeated our den for days afterwards, gack! Fortunately it was summer time so we could leave all the windows open for however long it took to subside (probably not an issue year-round in SB).

Reminds me of story. Maybe I’ll tell it someday.
