This whole situation in Austin is sad. It angers me. Its time for the people of this nation to wake up and demand stricter bomb control legislation. People shouldn't be allowed to just go out and make/get a bomb. If nothing else, require them to be 21 before they can access a weapon such as this.

Fireworks, ammo (gunpowder), gasoline, propane, fertilizer, batteries, electronics, etc.? But, if you were to google how to make a bomb you would find countless sites with step-by-step directions, making the entire process quite simple. This is not to challenge the guns v. bombs analogy, simply to point out it is disturbingly easy to learn how to do this.
