AH. OK, I think I have it.
If you have ROLLR connected to power, but there's no powermeter on the bike, it will always read zero watts (the ROLLR is just rebroadcasting the PM data).
Unpair the power. You'll still need a cadence sensor, but that speed reading from the ROLLR plus cadence = movement in Zwift.
