I was asking long trousers what cda to easily go 19 MPH on 153 watts at a course like Lake Placid

I just don’t see it happening without drafting

Do not know what cda I have but should be pretty good.
Last year I did IM Austria with average power 141W in 18 m/h (6 h 15 minutes).
Also last year I did IM Hawaii with average power 145W in 18 m/h (6 h 14 minutes).
Those IMs are not flat. I do not know Lake Placid though. Maybe that's tougher than Austria or Hawaii.

To compare nearer to 155W: two weeks ago I did my standard training course (50 minutes, flat, but with some sharp curves) with average power 158W in 20.5 m/h.

I weigh 86 kg.

As the poster in post #3 mentioned: there are enough statistics available.

By the way: the OP mentioned in post #1 Lake Placid in 6:20. With "Garmin speed" 16.5 m/h. Acc. to my calculations (6:20 for 180 km) that was 17.7 m/h though.
