forgot to come back and set goals but
I wrote in my journal a few times
6/7 healthy coping skill days
6 runs for 30 mi total
7 swims for 16,130 yds total (this was in 6 days; one day was a 750 m swim + 5k run + 1150 m swim)
1 day of bike commuting for 10.3 mi total
did a little strength most days

so all in all not bad!

goals for this week
7/7 healhy coping skills
write in journal most days
little strength every day
do stuff that makes me faster

maybe she's born with it, maybe it's chlorine
