Looking for rim brake:

Aeolus 9 19.5mm inner 27mm outer (2nd Gen)
HED Jet 9 plus (25mm brake track width)
HED H3+ Tri spoke
Light Bicycle Falcon 88

Or similar 25mm+ outer width deep section front wheel.
