Just thought I'd bump this.
I turned 49. I went skydiving (transcendent). I've been running doubles. The more I run, the more I want to run. Classic runners high.
But I'm also experiencing something new... I'm calm AF. Like, super calm, super chill. I think it's from the doubles, which I've never done this consistently before.
