Thanks for the response. I have been riding road bikes for around 6 year but only started triathlons around 4 years ago. I have done a couple of 70.3's now and am planning on doing a lot more in the future. I did have a fit when i brought the bike but was going more for comfort to be honest as had not been on the tri bars before. I previously used my super six road bikes with extensions.

How low do I need to go for me to fit the 51 or 54.
