You may not like the source, but Daniel Dale is a good fact checker and points out any false or misleading statements by both candidates.

Watch it and then let us know what you think about the two candidates and how many lies each told. No lying allowed!

I’ll watch it. However, CNN leans Democrat. I did a quick google search “Daniel Dale fact check Trump”. Tons of hits. Then I googled “Daniel Dale fact check Biden”. One mesely hit on the Green New Deal.

Again, I recorded the debate. I watched and paused at moments. Did my own fact checking. I found bunches of things that wasn’t true from Biden.

They are both liars. People have to not kid themselves that they are voting for honest Joe. A politician lies when his lips are moving. 47 year politician here. It’s not just Trump.

I watched the beginning with Daniel Dale. Not impressed.

Seriously. People need to do their own research and fact checking. The media is shit. Almost all media. I honestly don’t know of one really good station anymore. There is a reason Elon Musk plans to start a website to rate reporters.

Here is a quick article on manufacturing jobs. Media will claim Trump to be liar when stats are cited differently. Fact is, he didn’t lie- numbers were up, but they want to account for the numbers different than Trump. Regardless, to me, a liar is saying numbers are up when they are down. That’s not the case here. The numbers just are not as big as Trump claimed by the media’s methodology of stats.

Trump didn’t lie about Obama/ Biden manufacturing numbers. He said things were so bad after the recession, of course things go up easily like turning on a light switch. So, it’s fair to say Trump/ Pence performance on manufacturing exceeded Obama/Biden.

Why were you not impressed? He was exactly accurate on the timing and number of manufacturing jobs this country has, giving Trump credit that they went up under his watch before the pandemic, but to August 2020 they are down.

It's clear from this post and the one following, that nothing will sway you. Trump's efforts to take on big pharma have led to nothing (his efforts to get hospitals to be more transparent with their pricing has not had any impact on consumers' ability to 'shop around' or get better deals).

If all you want from Trump in his next for years is for him to take on pharmaceutical companies and reduce drug costs, that's a pretty low ask of the president of the United States. I thought you'd want a bit more than that.

It's pretty ironic your support is based on expectations in the healthcare industry, when you're supporting the party and president that has promised to repeal and replace the ACA for nearly a decade and STILL have not verbalized, much less publicized, and alternative. Trump keeps promising a cheaper and better alternative. Do you have ANY faith in him delivering on that promise? Please answer honestly.

This conversation is why there is no reason for Biden to chase the votes of self-proclaimed disenchanted Republicans. If they want to vote for Biden great. But their requirements for that to happen are so over the top that the only way for Biden to do it is to take on the positions of an ultra-conservative Republican. At some point on here a while back someone actually said that if the Democrats nominated Kasich they would vote for him, well great, but that ain't gonna happen.

He says he is open to voting for Biden but just can't because Biden misstated that one thing and called Trump a mean name. Meanwhile Trump is confirmed to have lied 817 times in one sentence and has spent 5 years acting like a petulant toddler.

I'd be pissed if Biden spent any time at all trying to convince jharris to vote for him.

First off, I am far from ultra-conservative. So, chasing ultra-conservatives isn’t what ANY Democrat should do, nor should a Republican chase a far lefts vote. Regardless, with California, New York, and a Florida being Democrat states and the electoral votes those states retain, its surprising anyone other than Democrat could ever win. It’s like starting an Ironman and letting a dude skip the swim and start at mile 30 on the bike. Lol

Biden calling Trump a name isn’t what anything is about. Both candidates suck. I can say that and still say Trump has my vote.

Can you say Biden sucks, but you will vote for him? Be honest.
