Same thing here. Seatpost is too long. The saddle is about 2 cm too high and I cannot move the seatpost further in because it collides with the wheel cutout. So will need to cut off roughly 3-5 cm.

Considering to replace the stem with a 17 deg stem to get the aerobar lower. The dropped BB on the 2019 P3 (compared to my 2012 P3) and the higher position of the armrests with the new bar plays havoc with the position I am used to. Can anyone tell me how much a 17 deg stem lowers the bar? I have a 90 mm stem installed. Given the shorter reach compared to my 2012 P3 I might even consider a 100mm stem.
