Looking for some real world feedback on these.

Am currently using cane creek cross top levers on my gravel bike, but if I move to hydraulic braking, those will of course not be an option. So I was wondering if anyone here has had the chance to install and use the shimano GRX inline hydro brake levers. How well do they work, how difficult are they to install, how do they work exactly, what is the hose routing, etc.
