Survived a week of -30 in Calgary and only 1 run down. 50/51.
For the most part have been keeping the runs at the 5km mark, as running everyday is certainly more than my typical Ironman training. Currently 17 weeks out from my first every marathon, (Calgary Marathon, May 31st #BQorBust) so I'll be ramping up the distance some of the days in the coming weeks.. I'm a 100/100 newbie, and it's been great so far!
