Re: Premier Tactical [soya]
Thanks for your review.

The XS is interesting and was challenging on a few items. To do it right we had to open new molds on the bike but also on all the wheel choices. There just are not many good 650c wheel available so I decided to fixed that issue.

1. Infocrank was the only dual crank based power meter that had 155 crank arms. They use the Praxis rings so you can swap or replace any size from them. It was really the only choice we could find to get the arm lengths that make for a good fit. Maybe others will be available in the future. I just could not justify putting a 165 on an XS.
2. We tried to make a rear storage for the XS but the smaller frame made the rear storage so small it was unusable - I wish we could have worked something out but just ran out of area. To help off-set a space for tubes, co2 and air filler we added the bento box option with integrated tire levers to the hydration.
3. We don't list the part on our website but we do have an adaptor so you can use any round extension bar option (for any size Tactical) on the market.
4. The elbow cups are a bit small for anything longer than an Olympic. I use the 51 Speedshop or the Profile Design - 35 model myself for long course.
5. We don't expect many athletes to use the saddle so we don't put a lot of money in that item. I agree it's not to comfortable for many athletes.

On the hydration the concern was volume and aerodynamics. There were some tradeoffs but the bike is faster with the hydration installed. Its interesting that another bike company (athlete interview at Kona) has had some custom parts made to fill in the area between his extension because THEY found out it was more aero. :-) 6:05 on the video.
