I'm pretty much running the same setup. 2018 Cervelo P2, HED Jet + 6/9. Went with the GP5000 23mm both front and back. I don't think 25 would have been too bad but not quite as flush as the 23. Ride feel is still really good but I'm also light at 145 lbs
