I have been using a Shimano tri bike shoe for years now, but I am dealing with a neuroma and need to find a shoe with a wider toe box. Any recommendations or experience out there? I am a size 37-38, so unfortunately, using a men's shoe, which might have a wider design, isn't an option for me.
